We will forward your request to the Customer and assist them in responding within the required timeframe under applicable law.

Your Contacts’ Data

As the creator of the contacts and associated emails, you are considered the data controller of the personal information of the contacts according to the GDPR. NiceSenser, on the other hand, acts as a data processor. Your responsibilities include making necessary declarations to the relevant data protection authority, complying with current regulations, obtaining explicit consent from the contacts when collecting their personal data, and ensuring authorized use of the collected data for defined purposes.

If a recipient of your emails requests us to modify or delete their personal data, we will verify the request and inform you before taking action.
