NiceSenser offers Services to Customers to help them communicate with their subscribers and other individuals through email. When we handle Personal Information of Contacts on behalf of our Customers, we do so as a data processor and following our Customers' instructions. If you are a Contact of one of our Customers, please review that Customer's privacy policy, terms, or other notices to understand how they collect and use your information, including through our Services. If a Customer has provided your Personal Information to us as a Contact, and you want to exercise your rights to access, correct, transfer, or delete that information, please contact the relevant Customer directly. As NiceSenser personnel have limited access to Contacts Personal Information, if you prefer to make your request directly to us, please provide the name of the relevant NiceSenser Customer. We will forward your request to the Customer and assist them in responding within the required timeframe under applicable law.

  When you use our Services, we automatically collect and manage the following Personal Information: log-in and browsing data, order history, information on subscriptions and support ticket messages, Customer's ID with NiceSenser, integrations with third-party API/services, API key, IP addresses (including usage history of dedicated IPs), browser types, log files, information on payment methods, PIN code for message creation, payment transaction IDs, and other information about your system and connection. Some data is collected automatically based on your activity on the site.

  We also collect and process information related to the performance of the Services, including metrics on the deliverability of emails and other electronic communications sent through the NiceSenser platform. This information helps us improve the content and functioning of the Services and supports research and analysis.

  Please do not include any sensitive personal data in the information you submit, such as government identifiers (e.g., social security, driving license, or taxpayer identification numbers), complete credit card or personal bank card numbers, medical records, or details related to applications for care or treatment of private individuals.

  Furthermore, when you use our services to create and send emails and campaigns, NiceSenser has access to the information in the subject and content of the emails you send, as well as the email contacts you send through our services.

  This data is stored on secure servers, and only a limited number of authorized individuals have access to your contact lists for the purpose of providing support services.

  You can easily retrieve your contact lists from your NiceSenser account at any time by clicking the "export" button. You can also modify or delete contacts from your account whenever you want.

Your Contacts’ Data

As the creator of the contacts and associated emails, you are considered the data controller of the personal information of the contacts according to the GDPR. NiceSenser, on the other hand, acts as a data processor. Your responsibilities include making necessary declarations to the relevant data protection authority, complying with current regulations, obtaining explicit consent from the contacts when collecting their personal data, and ensuring authorized use of the collected data for defined purposes.

If a recipient of your emails requests us to modify or delete their personal data, we will verify the request and inform you before taking action.

NiceSenser does not sell, share, or rent out your contacts' personal information to third parties. The information will only be used for legal requirements, invoicing and collecting summaries for our own statistics, and providing customer support services.

We utilize analytics tools to analyze the usage of our Service, Site, and social media or Internet pages. To process payments, we utilize the services of Stripe. The processing of data is based on the performance of the Agreement with you, in accordance with paragraph 1 (b) Article 6 of the GDPR.

We may also share certain Personal Data collected through the Services or generated by the System (such as online identifiers) with third-party companies. This is done in order for them to offer products and services that we believe may be of interest to you. Additionally, we may share this data with third-party advertising-serving companies to improve the targeting of advertisements and other content displayed on our site, as well as to provide offers that we believe may be of interest to you.
